Oh reede, sa olid vahva... Ehk siis New Years Party meie ülikooli restoranis (ja mul oli taaskord tähetund, kus pääsesin lavale ja sain hiina keeles laulda).
//
Oh Friday, you were so nice... Basically, we had this wonderful New Years Party at the restaurant of our university (and once again I had the opportunity to get on that stage and sing in Chinese).
The making of 汤圆
Tangyuan ehk 汤圆 - traditsiooniline hiina uusaasta maius. Riisijahule lisatakse pisut vett, sellest voolitakse tainas ja sisse läheb magus musta seesamiseemne pasta. Seejärel pallikesed keedetake ja voila!

Tangyuan or 汤圆 - a traditional treat for the Chinese New Year. After adding water to glutinous rice flour, one gets a doug. Sweet black sesame seed paste goes inside of these, then one has to boil them and voila!
Jah, ma sõin kartulisalatit söögipulkadega. See oli erakordne.

Yes, I ate potato salad with chopsticks. It was an extraordinary experience.

And bits from an absolutely dreadful weekend, which was fully spent on writing an essay in Chinese. Good thing this is over now, but hey! We still have the chinese exams in a week! And this week also includes greetind the New Year, so I already have a feeling that the overall productivity for these two days will be zero.
YES, in Chinese.
Poskaart kodunt, et tuju helgem oleks.

A postcard from home to cheer me up.
Lektüüri koguneb, aga lugemiseks aega pole :(

There are so many things I want to read and so little time to actually get to any of them :(
