I spent the second week of October in Taipei
Somehow I thought I'll never return after that one trip there, but there I was again.
Days were mostly spent getting some work done, but I'd make the most of my afternoons and evenings by exploring the tiny alleys of Taipei.
10.10 was also the National Day of Taiwan - strangely few days after the Golden Week celebrations in China. The city was patriotic and people walked around with little Taiwanese flags. It was lovely.
I'd also venture out to some night markets, just to eat Taiwanese dessert and stinky tofu.

It was raining a lot during the trip. I even experienced a little 1 magnitude earthquake. Learning to appreciate more and more how lucky we are with the weather here in Shanghai.
