Cruisin'

Today I had classes only 'til noon, so I used this opportunity to go cruise around Beijing!
//

Somewhere on the corner of the Forbidden City
So I actually biked to the Tiananmen Square today and made a small circle around the Forbidden City. It was rather crowded and they didn't let in with a bike, so I decided to come back some other time.
//

Beijing Hutongs
I was intrigued by the sign pointing towards hutongs, so I decided to just follow one of these signs. So there I stood - in the middle of an authentic cozy little hutong of Beijing!
Hutongs are narrow streets and alleys, really common in Northern parts of China and very prominent in Beijing.
//

Chinese cakes!
And Chinese sweets and cakes to end off this post. I got an amazing sticky rice cake with red bean paste, it's almost like rice pudding with jam, best thing eveeeerrrrr
//
Ja Hiina maiustusi lõpetuseks. Ostsin ühe megahea sticky rice koogikese, mille vahel oli azuki ubade pasta, meenutab väga riisipudingut moosiga, niiiii heaaaaa
