Sunday morning and slight confusion from the daylight savings, peppermint tea, sun salutations (no sun tho') and a bunch of other stretches (Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana, hopefully soon with a straightened leg).
About to start with week 12 from Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide as of tomorrow - still find it hard to believe I've put up with this so far :D
