BAFTA X M.A.C. Cosmetics with Naomi Donne

 I was hella busy this week, school and work and work and school...

... But I did find a moment on Thursday evening to attend this swanky event hosted by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (which is apparently trying to strengthen its' relationship with China). 

Thanks to BAFTA and M.A.C. Cosmetics, the main guest of the night was the fabulous Naomi Donne, who is basically a badass make up artist from Hollywood. Some of the movies she's been working with include a couple of James Bond movies (Licence to Kill, Skyfall, Quantum of Solace, and the latest of them all, Spectre), Zoolander, The Royal Tenenbaums, Cinderella, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty... just to name a few. 

I got to mingle with local film producers, make up artists and beauty editors of various magazines and enjoyed free flow of bubbly all night, then got lost with a bunch of producers in the middle of the hutongs haha, man, it was a fun night!

Sel nädal oli paras hullumaja, vaheldumisi kool ja töö. Õnneks leidsin neljapäeva õhul vaba hetke, et minna BAFTA ja M.A.C. Cosmetics'i korraldatud üritusele, kus peakülaliseks oli legendaarne Hollywood'i meigikunstnik Naomi Donne. Muuhulgas on ta kaasa löönud päris mitmes James Bondi filmis (Licence to Kill, Skyfall, Quantum of Solace,

ja kõige viimane, Spectre). Lisaks kuuluvad ta tööde hulka tegelased filmides Zoolander, The Royal Tenenbaums, Cinderella, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty... kui vaid paari neist nimetada.

Hängisin kohalike filmiprodutsentide, meigikunstnike ja ilutoimetajatega, terve õhtu voolas free flow šampus ja kõige lõpus eksisin produtsentide pundiga kuskil hutongide vahel ära, nii et kokkuvõttes oli väga lõbus õhtu!
